Viewings
Can I view the building first?
Certainly. A viewing can often be arranged the same day. You can also take the online 3D tour first.
How do I schedule a viewing?
Call 085 485 2184 or fill in the contact form. We will get back to you within one working day to arrange a time.
Where do I report for a viewing?
At the main entrance at Willemsparkweg 114. Ezio will meet you there.
Renting & prices
What does the all-inclusive rent include?
One monthly amount, including high-end furniture, fibre-optic internet, gas, water and electricity, cleaning of the common areas, and maintenance of the building and its installations.
How much office space is available?
Five floors of 45 to 149 m², 625 m² in total. You can lease a single floor, combine several, or take the entire building. View the available offices.
How long is a lease?
Several lease terms are available. We are happy to discuss what suits your situation.
What is the 2 months rent-free offer?
It is a limited-time offer: on a new lease, you pay no rent for the first two months. Ask us about the conditions.
Can I combine floors?
Yes. You can combine several floors or lease the entire building.
The building
What does each floor have?
Its own kitchen, toilets, meeting room and access control. Each floor is a self-contained office.
Is the building accessible 24/7?
Yes, tenants have access to the building day and night.
Is the office furnished?
It can be. The floors can optionally be fitted with high-end office furniture, tailored to your needs.
What installations does the building have?
Energy-efficient installations, including air conditioning and a modern ventilation system, plus high-speed fibre-optic internet.
Can I use the garden?
Yes. The shared garden is open to all tenants, including for informal gatherings and events. The lower ground floor has its own private section.
What is special about the lower ground floor?

Where is De Willem?
At Willemsparkweg 112–114 in Amsterdam Oud-Zuid (Willemsparkweg 112–114, 1071 HN Amsterdam), close to the Vondelpark, Museumplein and the Concertgebouw.
Which public transport stops nearby?
The Concertgebouw bus stop is a 7-minute walk and the Emmastraat tram stop 8 minutes. Amsterdam Zuid station is close by tram or bus. See also location and directions.
Is De Willem easy to reach by car?
Yes, it is a short drive from the A10 ring road (exit Zuid).
What is in the neighbourhood?
The Vondelpark, Museumplein, the Concertgebouw, and the shops, cafés and restaurants of Cornelis Schuytstraat.
